For 20 years, we have provided the Treasure Valley with excellent, authentic Japanese dishes and great service. Sono Bana serves Nigiri-Zushi, sashimi, and over 40 different kinds of Maki-Zushi (rolls), and some high quality fish like Yellowtail, Aji and other special fish are flown in from Japan.
